Job Description:

• Assist in the preparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
• Participate in month-end closing activities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and assisting in the reconciliation process.
• Support the creation of financial presentations for senior management, summarizing financial results, trends, and forecasts in a clear and concise manner.
• Contribute to the budget and forecast cycle by assisting in the collection, consolidation, and validation of data for budget preparation and forecasting.
• Liaise with various departments and country teams to collect and consolidate relevant financial data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reporting.
• Contribute to the development of financial systems by identifying area of improvements, supporting workflow implementation, and performing UAT to ensure updates meet business requirements.
• Conduct variance analysis on financial statements, comparing actual performance to budgeted figures and identifying key drivers of variances.
• Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc financial reports and analyses, providing insights into specific business initiatives or financial projects as needed.

Job Requirement:

• 0–1 year (Internship/Academic Experience)
• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferably in the penultimate or final year of study).
• Knowledge of basic financial principles and accounting practices is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Able to work in a team and individually
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude, eager to learn and take on new challenges.

• Basic understanding of financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to perform data analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and financial reporting tools is a plus.
