Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable) - #1092980

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive specialising in Accounts Receivable (AR) to join our Finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s cash flow and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of AR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate recording of daily accounts receivable receipts.
• Ensure prompt updating of receipts from customers into the system.
• Issue credit notes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Attend to customer phone and email inquiries professionally; investigate and resolve discrepancies related to collections.
• Assist in the month-end closing activities for the accounts receivable function.
• Support the Non-Trade Payable team with payment-related matters when needed.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor or finance manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience or knowledge in Accounts Receivable processes is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
