Operations and Logistics Specialist - Taiwan Cross Border, Regional Cross Border - #1093492

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage daily operational activities for the Taiwan Cross Border business, monitor and track key operational performance metrics to ensure day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly
• Analyse data and propose policy changes to drive operational efficiency
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and 3rd party logistics providers to manage and optimise end-to-end logistics journey, review logistics P&L and channel allocation to drive further optimisation
• Responsible for the contract review and renewal process
• Manage key projects to drive sellers' selling and growth in the Taiwan market

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• 0-3 years of experience in logistics, operations or business analysis, preferably in the e-commerce or related industries
• Fast learner, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint tools. Experience in SQL is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from Asia
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
