REGIONAL FINANCIAL ANALYST (APAC) - #1092942

Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Regional Financial Analyst to join our APAC team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes across multiple markets in Asia. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in FP&A, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the budgeting and forecasting process for APAC markets
• Prepare financial and management reports, including presentations for budget reviews and forecasts with variance analysis
• Perform monthly and quarterly variance reporting (actual vs. forecast)
• Conduct financial analysis to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with finance teams across various markets in Asia to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting
• Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports as required
• Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in financial reporting and analysis processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or a professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Hyperion and SAP is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive work attitude
• Effective communicator and a team player with the ability to engage across all levels
• Capable of working independently and managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
