You’ll be the key player in ensuring that every nook and cranny of our beloved Mama is sparkling clean and welcoming. Your leadership will inspire the housekeeping team to deliver top-notch service and create unforgettable experiences for our guests!

THE MISSION?

• Lead the Housekeeping Team: Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to Mama’s high standards. Inspire your team to perform at their best!
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation. No detail escapes your keen eye!
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional service.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of housekeeping supplies and linens, making sure we’re always stocked and ready for our guests.
• Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries and concerns with a friendly smile, turning any frown into a joyful experience!
• Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with front office and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Sustainability Champion: Help implement eco-friendly practices within the housekeeping department, aligning with Mama’s commitment to sustainability.
