Job Description:

Monitoring of team activities day to day basis
Ensuring team is equip with the right or required knowledge to execute NEW or Existing customers
Solving any escalations from customers / internal or from ground handling.
Manpower planning
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in the supply chain industry
Diploma holder and above
