Our client is a homegrown Singaporean luxury jewellery brand looking to expand their reach outside of Singapore. With an initial focus on the London, Paris and US markets, our client aims to expand their global presence and enhance their brand identity.


ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the brand’s overall marketing direction and execution. This management role will work closely with the Founder to shape the brand’s storytelling, customer engagement, and market presence—both locally and internationally.

The Head of Marketing will oversee three key functional areas: Partnerships and Events, Branding and PR Strategy, and Digital Marketing. In the early stages, this will be a hands-on role requiring direct involvement in campaign planning, execution, and content development. As the brand continues to grow, the Head of Marketing will also play a key role in identifying team needs and building out the function accordingly.

This is an exciting opportunity for a resourceful and driven professional to establish a marketing roadmap, build a high-performing team, and help bring the brand to life in new markets.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Define and implement an integrated marketing strategy to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Founder and Head of Sales to align on brand direction and commercial objectives.
  • Identify hiring needs and help structure a growing marketing team.


Hands-On Execution & Team Building

  • Roll up your sleeves to drive day-to-day marketing initiatives, particularly in digital and brand activation.
  • Provide mentorship and support to the existing team members.
  • Gradually recruit and develop team members across key functions as the business scales.


Brand, Partnerships & Campaign Oversight

  • Lead brand storytelling across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns, product launches, events, and partnerships.
  • Ensure a consistent, elevated brand voice and customer experience.


Performance Tracking & Optimisation

  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics including campaign performance, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and refine strategies as needed.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, media, and agency partners when applicable.


Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in marketing, with time spent in a supervisor role.
  • In house marketing, event agency, or PR agency experience are applicable for this role.
  • Experience supervising cross-functional marketing teams, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands.
  • Demonstrated success in brand building, campaign management, and team development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and project management systems is an advantage.
  • Passion for storytelling, brand-building, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
