Principal Electrical Engineer (Construction, PE registered) - #1174692

Job Responsibilities

• Plan electrical design work for building-services projects.
• Develop design criteria and technical/tender specifications.
• Prepare coordinated tender and engineering documentation.
• Work with other disciplines on feasibility studies and design solutions.
• Coordinate installation supervision and review technical delivery on site.
• Oversee resident engineering/site-supervision teams where assigned.
• Support electrical testing and commissioning activities.
• Administer engineering matters under the construction contract.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to meet client delivery requirements.
• Mentor engineers and review their technical outputs.

• Electrical Engineering degree recognised by Singapore’s Professional Engineers Board.
• Singapore PE registration.
• Relevant building-services electrical design and consultancy experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore codes and authority submissions.
• Strong planning, supervision and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• CAD and engineering-design software knowledge advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to team delivery.
