Job Summary

You will support patient care by managing front-desk tasks such as patient registration and billing, assist doctors during consultations when needed, and maintain accurate patient records in the database while handling administrative duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and process billing accurately to ensure smooth front-desk operations
• Assist doctors during consultations as needed to support patient care
• Update and maintain patient information accurately in the organization’s database
• Perform administrative tasks to support clinic operations and ensure timely completion of duties
• Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Use basic computer skills to operate Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting
