MEP BIM Modeler - #1174666

BIM Modeller (MEP) – 3–5 yrs exp  

We’re looking for a BIM Modeller with solid experience in MEP BIM modelling to join our team and help deliver projects that shape Singapore’s future.

What You’ll Do:  

- Develop and manage detailed MEP BIM models for large-scale projects.

- Build clash‑free MEP BIM models.

- Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure clash‑free coordination.

- Support tender submissions and project documentation with accurate BIM outputs.

- Keep models compliant, updated, and aligned with BIM execution plans.

What We’re Looking For:  

- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

- 3–5 years of hands‑on BIM modelling experience (MEP focus).

- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP.

- Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and able to meet deadlines.
