Key Responsibilities

• Implement Company Policies & Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, enforce company regulations, and ensure smooth business performance.

• Service Quality & Hygiene Supervision: Inspect pre-service preparation, staff grooming, and restaurant cleanliness to guarantee excellent customer experience.

• Cost & Inventory Control: Manage ingredient usage and supplies, conduct regular inventory checks, and maximize restaurant profitability.

• Marketing & Promotion Planning: Execute corporate marketing strategies, design promotional campaigns, and boost sales and brand image.

• Customer Relations & Complaint Handling: Maintain good communication with customers, resolve complaints promptly, and gather feedback for service improvement.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze business data, prepare reports, and provide insights for management decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management (Chinese cuisine preferred).
