Business Development Manager (Taiwan MNC, Leasing, Smart Warehouse/ Industrial) - #1174594

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities across the logistics, 3PL, e-commerce, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Develop and implement client engagement strategies to secure new business opportunities and long-term commercial agreements.
• Manage the business development process from lead generation and initial discussions through to negotiations and contract closure.
• Conduct market assessments and feasibility studies to support project evaluation and business case preparation.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations covering lease arrangements, rental structures, pricing and strategic partnerships.
• Work closely with legal, finance and project teams to facilitate contract reviews, negotiations and finalisation.
• Support the preparation and development of master lease agreements, joint venture (JV) arrangements and other commercial frameworks.
• Prepare regular business development reports, sales forecasts and management updates.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or a related discipline.
• With 3 – 5 years of relevant business development experience, preferably within logistics, industrial real estate, infrastructure or related sectors.Demonstrated experience in B2B business development, client acquisition and successful commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in warehouse development, logistics parks, industrial property leasing or related projects would be advantageous.
• Existing business connections within the logistics, 3PL and industrial sectors would be an advantage.
