PROJECT COORDINATOR (DATA CENTRE INDUSTRY) - #1174589

Job Summary

Assist in coordinating project activities, managing sub-contractors, resolving site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to support successful project execution and handover.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities by scheduling and monitoring timelines to ensure on-time progress.
• Manage and oversee sub-contractors and site progress during project execution to maintain quality and schedule.
• Resolve technical and site issues through effective communication with customers and main contractors.
• Attend site meetings and inspections with management, consultants, and contractors to facilitate project alignment.
• Ensure accurate project documentation and complete project handover for seamless transition.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures in compliance with the WSH Act and related regulations.
• Prepare safe work procedures, method statements, risk assessments, and related documentation to support safety compliance.
• Able to work in Malaysia on project basis.

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess Class 2B or Class 3 driving license.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in project management and/or site coordination.
• Nitec or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
