Job Summary

• Salary: $3500 – $4500 per month

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours

• Location: Changi Business Park Crescent (Near Expo mrt)

• 1 year renewable contract : 12 Months (Renewable/Convertible, subject to performance/headcount)

Our client is looking for a motivated and organised Strategic Business Planning Executive to support the Technology team in strategic planning, management reporting and business initiatives.

This role provides exposure to technology leadership activities, executive committee coordination, performance tracking and AI-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide secretariat support for the Technology Executive Committee, including preparing meeting agendas, arranging schedules, coordinating meeting logistics and recording meeting minutes.

• Monitor and track the progress of key technology initiatives and prepare updates for regular performance reviews.

• Assist in preparing presentations and reports to communicate the technology team's vision, strategies and key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

• Support the testing and evaluation of AI tools and capabilities designed to improve team productivity.

• Assist with other strategic planning activities and administrative support as required.

• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in strategic planning, committee secretariat support, business planning or a similar role.

• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience in the technology industry would be an added advantage.
