Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer-related documentation.
• Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in ERP systems.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding delays, shortages, or service-related issues.
• Support month-end reporting and customer performance reviews.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Office-based role with frequent interaction with customers, sales teams, warehouse personnel, transport providers, and production teams.
• Works closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Fast-paced environment requires the management of multiple customer accounts and orders simultaneously.
• Standard working hours with occasional overtime required to support urgent customer needs or month-end activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Team player with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
