Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation arrangements for residents attending appointments and manage related dispatch activities.
• Perform reception duties, including handling enquiries, incoming calls, emails and complaints professionally.
• Support resident admissions, discharges and related administrative processes.
• Prepare invoices, receive payments and administer payment records.
• Liaise with the nursing team regarding resident follow-up matters.
• Manage visitor registration and access procedures.
• Order supplies and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Arrange maintenance services with vendors, contractors and suppliers.
• Complete data entry, filing and documentation.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
