Job Vacancy: Sales & Operations Executive (Hybrid)

Easy Hire Maid Agency is a growing employment agency specialising in domestic helpers from Myanmar, Indonesia and the Philippines. We are looking for a motivated, responsible and independent individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, sales follow-ups and after-sales support.

• Coordinate helper deployments, transportation and handovers and interviews.

• Manage helper accommodation and daily operational arrangements.

• Prepare employment documents and handle administrative tasks.

• Assist with customer consultations and helper interviews, subject to EA personnel registration requirements.

• Work independently and maintain good relationships with customers and helpers

Requirements

• Valid Singapore driving licence (mandatory).

• Previous sales or customer service experience required.

• Maid agency experience is an advantage.

CEI certification is preferred

• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin. Proficient in other language that can communicate with domestic helpers would be an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and WhatsApp and Wechat

• Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn.

Working Details

• Location: Islandwide, Singapore

• Working Days: 5 days per week

• Hybrid Arrangement: Work from home when there are no scheduled deployments, customer appointments or on-site operational duties but must remain responsive.

• Salary: S$2,500 basic + Sales Commission

• Benefits: 14 days annual leave, medical insurance, transport allowance and work-related travel reimbursement.
