Working Hours

• Monday–Friday: 9am–6pm

• Saturday: 9am–4pm

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect accident-damaged vehicles and assess repair requirements.

• Prepare accurate repair quotations and cost estimates.

• Calculate labour, spare parts and repair costs.

• Liaise with insurance companies and motor surveyors.

• Coordinate with workshop teams on vehicle repairs.

• Follow up on insurance claim approvals and repair progress.

• Ensure all repair estimates and documentation are accurate.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant automotive workshop estimation experience.

• Strong knowledge of accident repairs, spare parts and repair costing.

• Familiar with motor insurance claims and surveyor procedures.

• Able to work independently and prepare accurate quotations.

• Mandarin communication skills required to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers.
