Sales Director- Power Inductor (Semicon Industry) - #1174378

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Development & Relationship Management

Leverage existing customer resources and industry relationships in inductors and related electronic components to develop new customers, with a focus on module power supply manufacturers, server manufacturers and international chip/semiconductor companies.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and visits, understand changing customer requirements, and provide professional pre-sales, sales and after-sales support.

2. Sales Business Development

Develop a deep understanding of the company’s inductor products, performance, features and application scenarios, and develop customized sales solutions based on customer requirements.

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Lead the negotiation, preparation, signing and execution of sales contracts to protect the company’s interests.

Follow up on order delivery and coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

3. Customer Resource Development

Possess strong customer connection capabilities within module power supply manufacturers, domestic and international server manufacturers, and international chip/semiconductor companies, with the ability to quickly establish business channels.

Continuously expand customer resources through industry exhibitions, customer visits and industry networking, and drive customer product introduction and mass-production implementation.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above preferred, ideally in Electronic Information, Electronics, Marketing or a related field.

Professional Experience

5–8+ years of sales experience in the chip inductor / inductor industry.

Strong understanding of inductor applications, including AI servers, module power supplies, consumer electronics and related applications.

Proven track record of successfully developing key customers and driving products into mass production.

Professional Skills

Strong knowledge of inductor products, with the ability to provide professional product consultation and product selection recommendations.

Excellent sales and business negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and convert opportunities into business.

Existing customer resources within module power supply manufacturers, server manufacturers and international chip/semiconductor companies are highly preferred.
