Responsibilities

Investigate and manage customer complaints and quality incidents from receipt through to closure.
Input data into Root Cause Analysis (RCA) templates and manage the internal reject tagging process for warehouse-related errors.
Identify process inefficiencies, waste and potential quality risks, and conduct Gemba walks with the Operations team to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer complaints received.
Support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements, as well as internal procedures.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma qualification.
1–2 years of relevant working experience.
