M&E Coordination Manager (6-7yrs exp/M&E Lead/Substation & M&E Coordination/Immediately/Short Notice/Civil Constructions) - #1174248

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E coordination team, including M&E coordinators and BIM modellers.
• Coordinate M&E drawings and works with consultants and subcontractors, and solve technical issues.
• Keep track of M&E submissions, drawing approvals and project documents.
• Make sure M&E works are carried out according to the specifications and drawings.
• Monitor site progress and make sure subcontractor works stay on schedule.
• Join technical and site meetings, and keep the project team updated on any issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or BCA M&E Coordination Certificate, or equivalent.
• 6 – 7 years of relevant experience managing M&E works in the civil construction industry.
• Must have experience in substation projects.
• Good communication and leadership skills to work with consultants, coordinators and subcontractors.
• Able to start work immediately / within a short notice is advantageous.
