Contracts Executive (1-2yrs exp/Contract Administration/VO & Progress Claims/Immediately/Short Notice/Civil Constructions) - #1174247

Responsibilities

• Support the contract administration of projects from award to final account.
• Prepare and check subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
• Assist in preparing variation orders, progress claims and payment certificates.
• Keep proper contract records, RFI and site instruction registers.
• Track key contract dates such as notices, deadlines and retention release.
• Work with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on contract matters.

Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Construction Management or equivalent.
• 1 – 2 years of relevant contract administration or quantity surveying experience in the civil construction industry.
• Must have experience in variation orders and progress claims.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to start work immediately / within a short notice is advantageous.
