Tender Quantity Surveyor (2-3yrs exp/Cost Estimator/Tender & BQ/Immediately/Short Notice/Civil Constructions) - #1174246

Responsibilities

• Check tender drawings, specifications and contract conditions.
• Take off quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Prepare cost estimates and tender pricing.
• Obtain and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Clarify tender queries and update pricing for addenda.
• Compile and submit tender documents within the deadline.

Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 – 3 years of relevant tender or pre-tender quantity surveying experience in the civil construction industry.
• Must have experience in tender preparation, quantity take-off and Bills of Quantities.
• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking subcontractors and suppliers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to read construction drawings.
• Able to start work immediately / within a short notice is advantageous.
