Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract) (2-3yrs exp/Contract QS/Progress Claims & VO/Immediately/Short Notice/Civil Constructions) - #1174244

Responsibilities

• Evaluate subcontractor progress claims and prepare payment responses.
• Assess variation orders and extension of time claims.
• Prepare and agree final accounts with subcontractors and the client.
• Carry out quantity take-off and obtain quotations for project works.
• Compare quotations and recommend suitable subcontractors and suppliers.
• Work closely with the project team on cost and contract matters.

Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2 – 3 years of relevant post-contract quantity surveying experience in the civil construction industry.
• Must have experience in assessing progress claims and variation orders.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Able to start work immediately / within a short notice is advantageous.
