Prepare and pack parcels accurately, manage airway bills, coordinate with courier companies via email, and resolve issues related to missing or undelivered packages in an office environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack parcels carefully to ensure accurate shipment
- Create and prepare airway bills for courier collection
- Send timely and clear emails to courier companies to coordinate parcel pickups
- Identify and resolve issues related to missing or undelivered packages
- Maintain an organized and clean mailroom workspace within the office environment
Other Information
- Working hours: 1.00pm to 5.00pm
- Working days: Mondays to Fridays
- Working Location: 2 Science Park Drive, Singapore 118255 (Nearest MRT: Kent Ridge)
