About the role

Do you love beautiful products, creative projects and building relationships with clients around the world? Join Maison 21G Paris, a house of bespoke fragrance creation, and help bring extraordinary projects to life.

Working closely with Johanna Monange, Founder & Master Perfumer, the General Manager, you will turn incoming enquiries into customers and build your own portfolio of international clients. You will nurture those relationships and guide each bespoke project from the first conversation through fragrance and packaging development, production and delivery.

We receive enquiries from around the world, so there is no prospecting or cold calling. Your focus is on understanding potential customers’ needs, converting opportunities and providing exceptional service as their projects and businesses grow.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming enquiries and understand each client’s vision, products, quantities, budget and timeline.
• Develop proposals and quotations, follow up on opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Build, manage and nurture your own portfolio of international clients, encouraging lasting relationships and repeat business.
• Coordinate fragrance creation, product bespoke designs, packaging artwork and prototypes.
• Work with an team of specialists: procurement, production and logistics sand graphic designers to manage the development of your projects
• Keep clients informed, anticipate issues and ensure actions are followed through.
• Maintain accurate client records, project timelines and updates in shared tools

What you’ll need

• Experience in account management, sales or project coordination, ideally with physical or bespoke products.
• Strong spoken and written English and Mandarin, essential for communicating with international clients and China-based partners.
• Commercial confidence and the ability to build trust, follow up on opportunities and convert enquiries into orders.
• Good presentation and ability to speak, to pitch as we deal with luxury customers
• Experience in the luxury sector is a plus, particularly in fragrance, beauty & luxury hospitality
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects at once.
• A proactive attitude, sound judgement and the confidence to follow through independently.
• An interest in fragrance, luxury, design, beauty or hospitality.
• Great Familiarity with AI tools to build presentation, CRM or ERP tools; we are very modern, tech company
