Senior Purchasing Executive [SL] - #1174115

Manage purchasing activities from purchase requisition processing to purchase order issuance.

Identify suitable local and overseas suppliers for lighting products and project materials.

Negotiate competitive pricing, delivery terms, payment conditions and warranties.

Ensure procurement activities comply with project specifications and internal requirements.

Maintain accurate supplier information and procurement documentation.

Coordinate delivery and shipment arrangements to support project timelines.

Monitor material availability and assist in inventory and cost control.

Conduct supplier cost comparisons and support supplier evaluations.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers and Accounts to ensure efficient procurement processes.

Support supplier pre-qualification and compliance requirements.

Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
