Project Manager - #1174090

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of electrical construction and installation projects. The successful candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, site operations, technical compliance and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to testing, commissioning and handover.

• Define project scopes, establish work schedules and monitor project progress against targets.

• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, expenditures and variation orders (VO).

• Supervise site operations and coordinate subcontractors, vendors and technical teams.

• Oversee electrical installation works, including LV/HV switchgear, power distribution, lighting and ELV systems.

• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, applicable statutory requirements and safety standards.

• Monitor work quality, identify project risks and resolve technical or site-related issues.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and relevant authorities.

• Lead testing and commissioning activities and oversee project handover documentation, including as-built drawings and operation manuals.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, installation or project management.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including LV/HV, power distribution, lighting and ELV systems.

• Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, contractors and site operations.

• Familiarity with electrical safety requirements, statutory regulations and industry standards in Singapore.

• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
