Key Responsibilities:

• Engage prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals, priorities and protection needs.

• Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance and financial planning solutions.

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement, follow-ups and financial reviews.

• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals and proactive client outreach.

• Assist clients with insurance protection, savings, retirement and other relevant financial planning needs.

• Provide professional after-sales support and maintain accurate client documentation.

• Work towards individual business development and sales performance objectives.

• Comply with applicable MAS regulations, financial advisory standards and internal compliance policies.

Regulated financial advisory activities may only be performed after the necessary qualifications and appointment requirements have been satisfied.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE A-Level or Diploma & above.

• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable engaging with clients.

• Willingness to learn, develop professional knowledge and pursue relevant industry certifications.

• Comfortable with business development, client acquisition and performance-based objectives.
