Executive Project Manager - #1174021

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join us as an Executive Project Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Asia Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives, enhance management reporting and business performance visibility, strengthen continuous process improvement and ensure the successful execution of high-impact regional priorities and transformation programs.

Objectives

• Support the Asia Leadership Team with strategic planning, business performance reviews, and decision-making through data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations

• Drive execution of regional strategic priorities through effective coordination of cross-functional and cross-country initiatives

• Strengthen governance and accountability by monitoring key decisions, actions, and leadership commitments

• Improve business performance visibility through executive reporting, KPI tracking, and actionable insights

• Enable organizational alignment and collaboration to deliver transformation programs and sustainable business growth

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Execution

• Lead the Asia PMO and drive effective execution and governance of strategic priorities, key projects, and growth initiatives

• Support integration, productivity, and operational excellence projects

• Facilitate and foster alignment between functional departments, country organizations and business units

• Monitor progress against regional strategic projects and financial objectives, with risks, and business impact

• Track strategic actions, decisions, and commitments cross departments and countries

• Develop plans together with the organisation to enable further growth in market share and profitability

• Drive continuous improvement and best-practice sharing across Asia

Business Performance Management

• Coordinate Asia Leadership Team monthly and quarterly business meetings and performance reviews

• Support preparation of strategic planning and operating reviews.

• Develop executive dashboards and KPI tracking

• Prepare executive presentations, summaries and leadership communications

• Support leadership decision-making through analysis and recommendations

• Ensure follow-through and accountability across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced business qualification is preferred

• 5+ years of proven experience in project management, business transformation, PMO, strategy execution or related roles within multinational manufacturing, industrial, or engineering organizations, with exposure to regional cross-functional operations

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes

• Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership teams

• Proven ability to influence, align and drive outcomes without formal authority

• Excellent PowerPoint, presentation and executive communication skills

• Experience of preparing executive presentations, management reports, and board-level materials

• Effectively bilingual, with the ability to independently manage business communications, presentations, and cross-border collaboration in both languages

• Proficiency in SAP is an advantage

• Willingness to travel within Asia as required
