Wellness Program & Partnerships Lead - #1173931

We are seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Wellness Program & Partnerships Lead to drive business development, expand collaborative partner networks, and oversee key accounts.

In this hybrid role, you will leverage your background in wellness, fitness, or healthcare to connect our core service offerings with external partners while actively delivering flagship wellness programs and client coaching.

Position Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (inclusive of lunch hour) | Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Field Flexibility: Granted for external partner meetings, account onboarding, and networking events (including outside standard office hours as required).

Candidate Requirements

• 2+ years and proven track-record as a wellness coach, personal trainer, practice manager, sales representative, business development manager, or partnerships specialist.
• Strongly relationship-driven, independent, proactive, commercially minded, and articulate in communication.
• Full-time role adhering to standard office hours, with flexibility for external partner engagement.

Education & Qualifications

• Primary Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Health Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional Certifications (Highly Regarded): Recognized Fitness / Coaching Certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA, CSCS) or relevant health credentials.
• Equivalent Practical Experience: Candidates with strong, proven business development, sales, or partner recruitment track records in health/wellness will be considered.
