BAU Support Specialist – AML Filtering System (IBM FIRCO) - #1173894

We are looking for an experienced BAU Support Specialist with hands-on expertise in IBM SaaS FIRCO and AML sanctions screening systems. you will be responsible for managing daily sanctions list updates, analysing screening hits, creating suppression rules, and supporting ongoing BAU operations across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily sanctions lists using IBM SaaS FIRCO.

• Analyse screening hits and results to identify potential false positives.

• Create and manage suppression rules to improve operational efficiency.

• Work with existing banking teams to coordinate daily operational activities.

• Prepare operational documentation, reports, and process guidelines.

• Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for newly hired permanent staff.

• Ensure smooth BAU operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM FIRCO.

• Practical experience in daily sanctions list updates and FIRCO Utility Tools.

• Strong experience in analysing hit results and creating suppression rules.

• Knowledge of AML and sanctions screening processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Business-level proficiency in English.
