Job Scope

• Delivering quality customer service at the Customer Relations Unit, including managing public queries mainly via phone and written channels.
• Working with stakeholders for resolutions or implement service quality initiatives to improve service experience and customer satisfaction

Requirements

· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

· Service-oriented and adept at problem solving

· Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude and a passion for helping others

· Ability to work independently and capable of being an effective team player

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems
