Accounts Associate / Senior Accounts Associate - #1173880

About the Role

We are a professional services firm providing accounting, payroll, corporate secretarial and compliance services to SME clients. We are looking for a meticulous and independent accounts professional to manage client accounts from end to end. This role offers exposure to a variety of businesses and industries.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for an assigned portfolio of clients
• Record all accounting transactions timely and accurately
• Assist seniors, supervisors and managers in meeting client deadlines for accounting support
• Liaise with clients, auditors and tax agents on accounting matters
• Assist/review in the computation of monthly payroll
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a related field
• At least 3 to 4 years of accounting experience; candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Accounts Associate role
• Able to handle full set of accounts
• Experience in payroll will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Xero, Million and ABSS will be an advantage
• Experience in payroll
• Meticulous and organised, with good interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and complete tasks within tight deadlines
