Location: Sin Ming Lane

Salary: Up to $3,000 basic + monthly commission + variable bonus

Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00am–6:30pm; Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm

About the Company

Our client is an international trading company specialising in photocopiers and related consumables, with import and export operations. The role focuses on developing B2B business opportunities locally and overseas through prospecting, customer engagement and account management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new B2B customers while managing existing accounts.

• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.

• Generate sales through cold calling, up-selling and cross-selling.

• Communicate with overseas customers and prospects through email, messaging platforms and phone calls.

• Prepare quotations and sales proposals.

• Manage assigned territories and customer accounts.

• Provide after-sales support and maintain good customer relationships.

• Work towards sales targets and generate incremental revenue.

Requirements

• O-Level qualification or above.

• B2B sales experience in any industry.

• Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling and developing new accounts.

• Good communication and customer relationship management skills.

• Knowledge of photocopiers, office supplies or office automation products is an advantage.

• Able to communicate with overseas customers through email, messaging platforms and phone calls.
