CLAIM EXECUTIVE/MANAGER - #1173820

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding claims matters.
• Review insurance policies to assess coverage.
• Offer claim support to internal marketing teams.
• Regularly review outstanding claim files.
• Coordinate with adjusters and investigators as needed.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and insurers.
• Verify and review documents for completeness before submitting to underwriters.
• Ensure proper document filing and accurate system updates.
• Perform other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder (preferably in Insurance).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience handling general insurance claims.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of multitasking and a team-oriented individual.
• Able to work independently and effectively interact with customers at various levels.
