Platform Operations Specialist - #1173810

This role is responsible for maintaining trading products and platform configurations, handling deposits and withdrawals, and managing day-to-day back-office operations. It ensures accurate and timely processing while supporting the efficient and stable operation of the platform.

Key responsibilities

Trading Product & Parameter Maintenance

• Execute the launch and delisting of trading pairs/products based on approved plans.

• Verify deposit/withdrawal networks, trading status and other configurations, and coordinate pre-launch checks and notifications.

Deposit Processing

• Review on-chain or payment channel deposit records.

• Investigate and resolve missing, delayed or abnormal deposits, including document verification, reconciliation and follow-up actions in accordance with established procedures.

Withdrawal Processing

• Review withdrawal requests, supporting documents, amounts and approval status in accordance with SOPs, and process withdrawals within the authorised scope.

• Follow up on failed, delayed or returned withdrawals and payment channel issues.

Daily Back-office Maintenance

• Maintain account settings, fund transfers, deposit/withdrawal switches, limits, fees and other configurations based on approved requirements.

• Work with the technical team on network upgrades, as well as the suspension and resumption of business operations.

Issue Resolution & Cross-functional Coordination

• Handle operational issues escalated by Customer Support and coordinate with Technology, Finance, Risk and other relevant teams to investigate and resolve issues.

• Keep Customer Support updated on progress, outcomes and necessary explanations.

Data & Process Management

• Verify operational data, maintain clear records of the basis and outcome of each action, and manage pending tasks and shift handovers.
• Document common issues and maintain operational procedures and SOPs.

About you

• At least 1-2 years of experience in platform operations, funds operations, financial back-office operations or a related field. Experience with CEXs, brokerages, FX/CFD platforms or payment platforms is preferred.

• Proficient in Excel and back-office systems, with the ability to perform data reconciliation, investigate operational discrepancies and execute processes in accordance with SOPs.

• Process-oriented and interested in improving operational efficiency through AI, spreadsheet tools or automation, particularly to reduce repetitive work and manual errors.

• Experience with listing and delisting, deposit/withdrawal issues, funds reconciliation or multi-product trading platform operations.

• Proficient in using AI tools to organise operational materials, analyse data, investigate issues and develop operational procedures, improving the efficiency of day-to-day back-office operations.

• Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong risk awareness and cross-functional communication skills. Able to clearly document issues, follow up on resolutions and participate in shift-based operations or on-call duties as required.

• Willing to work according to shift schedules, including evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
