THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic, upbeat software engineer to join our growing team. As a key contributor you will be part of a leading team to drive and enhance AMD’s abilities to deliver the highest quality, industry-leading technologies to market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Validate new software features before they are released to customers.

• Contribute to a high-performing, cross-functional feature team.

• Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver planning solutions and the technologies that support them.

• Partner closely with software development teams and project managers to drive results.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Hands-on experience with C and C++.

• Knowledge of object-oriented design principles.

• Knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, operating system concepts, and multithreaded programming.

• Familiarity with Linux and modern software development tools and practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
