Project Admin Executive
Responsibilities
- General Office Admin Duties.
- Assist preparation of Quotation to clients
- Assist in matching D/Os, Invoices & PO for finance payment processing
- Data entry
- all other duties assigned by Manager
- Time sheet update
Requirements
- Minimum 1~ 2 years administrative duties
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently MS Office (Word, Excel).
- 5 Days Working
- Location: 994 Bendemeer Rd
Range from S$2500 to S$2800 depending on experience
