We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations.

* Handle data entry, filing and general administrative duties

* Prepare and maintain company and workers’ documents

* Answer phone calls, emails and other enquiries

* Assist with attendance records, timesheets and office paperwork

* Coordinate with workers, supervisors and management

* Perform other administrative duties as assigned

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

* Good communication and organisational skills

* Able to work independently and maintain accurate records

* Relevant administrative experience is preferre
