Job Summary

You will conduct school patrols and supervise students to maintain discipline and safety, assist with investigations, maintain records, and support student development programs and school events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct school patrols and supervise students within school and nearby areas to ensure discipline and safety
• Supervise students during detention, reflection sessions, and community service activities to maintain order
• Assist with student incident investigations by gathering information, reviewing CCTV footage, and maintaining accurate records
• Maintain student discipline records, including late-coming data, and prepare reports for follow-up actions
• Support student development programs, after-school activities, and school events to promote positive student behaviour

Required competencies and certifications

• Achieve at least 5 GCE N-Level passes including Grade B in English, or 3 GCE O-Level passes including Grade C in English
• Alternatively, possess at least 5 years of relevant youth work, child/youth social service experience, or qualifying SPF experience as specified in the tender

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal, and student behaviour management skills to engage effectively with students
• Proficiently use Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Excel for documentation and reporting
• Experience in student engagement, youth work, or policing is preferred
• Video production skills are an advantage

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Lunch Break: 1 hour daily
