Job Description

• Supervise front-of-house service team during service hours, allocate duties to service staff
• Ensure service standards, table setup, hygiene and presentation comply with company SOP and food safety requirements
• Attend to escalated guest enquiries, complaints and special requests
• Coordinate between floor, kitchen to maintain smooth service flow during peak hours
• Check stock levels for tableware, napkins and service supplies, submit replenishment request
• Brief team on daily specials, new menu items, live music arrangement and promotions
• Enforce Singapore alcohol service regulation, verify customer age where required
• Assist manager with attendance tracking, shift handover and daily operational reports
• Train new service staff on service flow, POS system and house rules

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in western restaurant, bar or lounge; supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, able to handle busy night shifts
• Familiar with POS system, food hygiene and liquor service compliance
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
