Salary: SGD 5,000–8,000 per month, with flexibility for relevant experience

About the Role

We are seeking OutSystems Developers to design, develop and maintain enterprise web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with business analysts, project managers and clients to translate requirements into secure, scalable and user-friendly low-code solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using OutSystems 11 (O11) and/or OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Build responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Integrate applications with external systems, databases, REST APIs and web services.
• Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing and deployment.
• Contribute technical recommendations during solution design discussions.
• Follow OutSystems architecture, security and development best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot application defects, integration issues and performance problems.
• Develop reusable components and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share technical knowledge.

Requirements

• OutSystems Associate Developer certification in O11 and/or ODC is required.
• Hands-on OutSystems application development experience; 2–3 years preferred.
• Understanding of OutSystems architecture, components and development best practices.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, relational databases and data modelling.
• Understanding of application security principles.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical teams and clients.

Added Advantage

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications through production deployment.
• Hands-on experience across both O11 and ODC.
