Traffic Coordinator (Day or Night Shift) /Up to $3,000 @Alps Ave

Morning: Mon-Fri: 1pm - 9.30pm,Alt Sat: 1pm - 5pm; Night: Mon-Fri: 9pm – 5.30qm, Alt Sat: 9pm-1am

  • Monitor Day to Day Export General Operations to meet customer requirements

  • Coordinate with customer service & 3PL on Special Handling requirements for Import/Export.

  • Conducting daily toolbox meeting in warehouse and ensure housekeeping are done.

  • Identify improvements for warehouse operations in accordance to set quality management goals

  • Ensuring Safety, Security, Quality rules and regulations are followed by all staff in warehouse.

  • Liaise with customer service and service providers on Export / Import Warehouse Operations.

  • Managing of 3PL Traffic service providers as to ensure smooth deliveries and collection.
