Junior Coffee Machine Technician

We're looking for a hands-on and motivated Junior Technician to support the installation, maintenance and servicing of commercial coffee machines across our outlets and client locations.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of coffee machines for outlets, clients and vendors.

• Install, set up, relocate and retrieve coffee machines when required.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out basic repairs.

• Calibrate fully automatic and semi-automatic coffee machines to maintain consistent coffee quality.

• Respond promptly to service requests to minimise equipment downtime.

• Maintain accurate servicing records and report equipment issues.

• Keep tools, spare parts and work areas organised.

• Assist with monthly inventory stock counts.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards.

What We're Looking For

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification in a technical field preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in equipment servicing or technical maintenance is an advantage.

• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge.

• Comfortable with hands-on work and handling heavy equipment safely.

• Valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

• Good problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
