Job Responsibility

• Assist with the transfer and return of outgoing stock, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

• Ensure all documentation related to inventory movements is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.

• Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and ensuring merchandise is stored appropriately.

• Maintain a well-organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring products are easily accessible and inventory is accurately tracked.

• Assist in preparing and packing client orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.

• Provide stock updates to the team and assist with product requests during peak periods.

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as required, ensuring displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the back-of-house area while supporting overall store cleanliness.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties and operational tasks as assigned by the Store-in-Charge.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail, stockroom, or inventory will be an advantage.

• Eager to learn with a genuine interest in fashion, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Adaptable, proactive, and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude, strong initiative, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

• Professional, responsible, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
