about the job

As an Insurance Telemarketer, you will serve as the vital first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to both warm and cold leads, introducing a comprehensive suite of life, health, and wealth insurance solutions, and successfully scheduling consultation appointments for the financial advisory team. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate call records in the CRM system and consistently meeting daily and monthly lead generation targets.

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a target-driven outbound call center role is highly preferred.

• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently over the phone.

• High level of resilience, persistence, and a strong drive to achieve sales KPIs.

• A basic understanding of financial or insurance products is advantageous.

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
