Warehouse Coordinator - #1173551

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, handling, storing and dispatching of materials.
• Ensure materials are properly labelled, stored and handled to prevent damage.
• Check incoming materials against delivery orders and relevant documents.
• Coordinate material requirements, shipment schedules and delivery arrangements with China counterparts.
• Liaise with China teams on material specifications, quantities, shipment status and delivery timelines.
• Follow up on material shortages, discrepancies, delays or damaged materials.
• Maintain proper documentation for material receiving, issuance and movement.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety standards.

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Possess a valid forklift license is preferred
• Experience in forklift operation and material handling.
• Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, organized, independent and able to work in a team.
• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties.
