Job Responsibilities

• Collect and retrieve documents from the company's various outlets.
• Sort, organise and scan documents for electronic filing and record-keeping.
• Ensure all documents are properly labelled, saved and filed.
• Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic records.
• Assist with scanning, printing and other general administrative duties.
• Ensure documents collected from outlets are accounted for and properly submitted to the relevant departments.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

• Able to commit a minimum of 4 hours per day, 2–3 days per week.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with document scanning and electronic filing.
• Meticulous, organised and responsible.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Comfortable travelling between the company's various outlets to collect documents.
