Service Engineer – Industrial Pumps

We are looking for a Service Engineer to support a range of industrial screw pumps and pump systems used in demanding industrial environments, including oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, marine and energy industries.

This is an opportunity to develop specialist knowledge in pump technology, from troubleshooting and servicing to installation and commissioning. You will work alongside experienced technical professionals, gain exposure to offshore oil rigs and have opportunities to support customers across the region.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide technical support to customers remotely, responding to enquiries and troubleshooting pump-related issues.

• Coordinate spare parts, pump servicing, equipment upgrades and modification projects.

• Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, start-up, maintenance and troubleshooting when required.

• Support pump inspection and servicing activities at customer facilities, including opportunities for offshore assignments.

• Prepare technical service reports and recommend solutions to improve pump performance and reliability.

• Work closely with customers across oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, plastics and other industrial sectors.

What We Are Looking For

• Singaporeans only.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial pumps, rotating equipment, mechanical systems or industrial machinery is preferred.
• Experience in pump servicing, field service, maintenance, installation or commissioning will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with motors, electrical instrumentation, PLCs or variable speed drives is beneficial.
• Comfortable with hands-on technical work and customer-facing responsibilities.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in industrial environments, including potential offshore oil rig assignments.
• Willing to travel approximately 10–15% of the time, including occasional overseas travel.
• Good command of English and conversational Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Fresh graduates from Polytechnic, ITE or University are also welcome to apply. Training and technical guidance will be provided to candidates who are enthusiastic about engineering and keen to develop specialist knowledge.
